Three family member commited suicide

I lost my mother at the age of 22(mom was 49) to suicide the two brothers one in 08' And in 10'. I have been reading the posts on here I was blow away with the sadness in all the stories. I thought I was aloneb but t loose 3 family members is very hard. Most on here have just lost one. Now in early 2012 it seems that the guilt is getting worse for me. I feel like I should have done more to stop it, but you never know it was going to happen. In 2008 I took it real had when it happend I fell into a little depresion myself. The I stated feeling better bam 2010 it happened againg just when I was just feeling better. Between mid 2010 and 2011 I was a mess. I have learned to deal with all of this. And I moved on the best I can, but the guilt the anger never goes away. It's just so hard up cope with some days. Is any one would like to email me and talk that would be nice. Worcinfo@yahoo.com.
I had no idea that so many other people have to live with dealing with a loved ones suicide. I am glad I found this site.

3times, I'm glad you found us, too. Your 3 loved ones were as close as they come. I'm very sorry. The suicides in my life were my uncle, my father-in-law, a serious uncompleted attempt by my mother, a dentist I was working for full time and most recently my fiancé in 2008. There is never any way of knowing for sure if/when a person is going to self-destruct. We are committed to being and staying alive and cannot embrace that depth of despair, pathology or drug reaction. I'm constantly searching for ways to cope with this trauma in my life and preventing this horrible dis-ease. For financial reasons, I couldn't buy the Levothyroxine I take for hypothyroidism and felt very emotional, crying easily, cold and tired. Fortunately, I got the money and am in balance again. So, please have a thorough physical exam with an MD you trust to tell your story to who can advise you about other therapies like EMDR. Keep Posting here. The others will give you their input. My grandmother committed suicide when my my momwas 12 , her brother did in 2007 and my mom did last July... I know what those 3's are like. I wonder if their is a certain chemical that is hereditary or just knowing that loss you die like that as well.....
