I'm feeling more clear-headed than ever this morning on Jacob's Memorial day, August 6th. After 4 years of grief, healing and trying to figure out how I got into this relationship and its aftermath, wondering why I am so drawn to the James Holmes tragedy, I read
http://www.nowpublic.com/world/james-ho ... ass-murder last night.

This morning I remember how intoxicated I felt from Jacob's Marc Jacobs For Men cologne and wonder if that's how he delivered scopolamine to me in that first kiss in the cab. http://enviroknow.tripod.com/Perfume.html# After that, I put up with a lot of abuse of the not showing up variety that under normal circumstances, I would have walked after the first one. Finally, he hit me with needing $10,000 quick, which is the going rate for marrying a person who is not American. I did not pay it. He committed suicide. Or did he?

http://www.ewg.org/notsosexy is another informative website. And, I wasn't helped by my shrink telling me to never trust my intuition, it will get me every time. So, I didn't make a snap decision about Jacob. I hung in, reality checking long past when it was good for me. Trust yourself and teach your kids to trust themselves.
