Oops. EFT Emotional Freedom Technique involves sequential tapping on different areas of the body while processing something. Some people love it. I am personally not drawn to the whole schtick of EFT, but the points on the body they employ have been known for centuries and are used in many practices including yoga. If you want to try a related experience, spend a few minutes just breathing while you lightly and rapidly tap your upper chest area with the fingertips of both hands. You don't have to try to think about anything, just lightly tap tap tap. Its a very emotional area, and you may be surprised at how tender it is, or the release you experience. It's an especially good thing for women to do on a regular basis I think, and helps the lymphatic system too. Could be done in bed before sleep.

There's nothing as good as healing sleep!
