Help with pms

Postby cmarie » Wed May 23, 2012 6:44 pm

Aim trying to send a pm. I write the message, address it, click submit and then it disappears. It's not in the drafts, outbox, or sent messages. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry but I had to laugh! I thought you wanted help with Premenstral syndrome LOL.

If you are sending a private message and it does not go through, it is possible the other person has disabled it. Another possibility is that their inbox is full.

Has it happened with multiple people or just one user? If it continues, post here and I'll get a note to Karyl.

Instead I chose to fight the monster that killed him.

I have had a pm disappear, after i sent it, it was not received nor was it in my sent messages. occasionally i've had one sitting in my outbox for days or even weeks too. The mail system here seems funny. I wonder if pms are perused by a moderator before they get sent? could be me being paranoid, but i've wondered if the messages were waiting for someone to "get to" them, before they were sent. i would hope that if that were the case, we'd be informed of it. hopefully it's not that, but some other glitch in the system. sometimes the pm system here makes me feel like i have pms!
