I have messages stuck in my outbox, any idea on how to move them along?

Thanks

lostwife, The users you've messaged may have their PM function disabled or have not yet retrieved the messages you've sent. Since I have no messages in my outbox currently, I can't see the options available. Is there a box to check to the right of the message? If so, you can check it and then delete by using the drop down menu and click GO. If not, let me know and I'll try to figure out a way to clear them. It may be that you'll have to wait for the user to check his or her messages before they clear.

Thanks so much, the messages are just sitting there. I have used the PM feature before and the messages just usually go. One of them is to the admin so I would think that would go. No problem, it is not a big deal but I sure appreciate you responding.

lostwife, I have messages in my outbox this morning :) See the box to the right? Check it, then at the bottom use the scroll down to delete marked and click GO.

Thanks for the assistance and I appreciate your reply. I have since deleted them, but the issue was with them not going out, not deleting them.

Not a big issue any longer for me, I did want to alert the admins here that messages are just getting stuck in the outbox and not being delivered.

Rick is the Admin of this board and he is here mostly for maintenance issues, not day to day board issues. This is why the message was staying in your outbox. His last visit here was sometime last May. I'm glad you were able to take care of the issue.

Postby JenCal848 » Mon Dec 09, 2013 5:53 pm

I have a question, in my view profile I found a little note in red that says change your language because I speak american english. What does this mean, and how do I fix this. JenCal848
Thank you, Ms. Jennifer

Jen, Welcome to the forum. We're glad you've found us. The default "language" is British, English and to my knowledge it cannot be changed. I'd say just ignore what you're seeing there if it causes no issues.
